Position Summary:

The Solution Architect for Buildings capitalizing on in-depth knowledge of customer process, applications and decision criteria in his/her segment.

The Solution Architect works inside South America region closely with the Sales to bring a differentiating value proposition to the customer, leveraging the complete Schneider Electric offer portfolio (Multi BU / Tier 3 solutions).

• Capitalizing on in-depth knowledge and understanding of the technical functionality and application of our systems and solutions in the Segments Healthcare and Financial.

Provide collaboration, support and technical advantage during pre-sales and project execution phases in these segments.

• Contributing to sales inside region South America by promoting and designing systems which are robust, scalable, innovative that deliver business value

• Be expert in all critical customer processes, has a clear focus on the business side, understand the decision criteria and know how to use technology to solve problems or find new ways that improve productivity, output, supply chain and ultimately, the bottom line of customers.

• When working on a specific opportunity, deliver a high-level design of a differentiating solution and help the Sales in creating the value proposition and help the customers in building their own business cases.

• May also support the Sales in prospecting new and existing customers outside of its platforming.

• Develop Schneider Electric thought leadership.

Recognized thought leaders on the market.

Trusted advisor and business partner to their customers.

• Regularly involved in internal customer discussions related to business performance, sustainability and digitization to provide mid/long-term vision and recommendations for their transformation and future technology roadmap.

• When given a portfolio of customers, help sales in building their account plan.

• Key contributor in the segment community

• 20-30% travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related technical field
