Position Overview:

Marin Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing facility in San Rafael, CA.

Responsibilities:


* Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.


* Administering medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.


* Monitoring and documenting patient progress, symptoms, and vital signs.


* Providing education and support to patients and their families.


* Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in nursing care.

Qualifications:


* Current California RN license in good standing.


* Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility or acute care setting preferred.


* Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members.
