Job Summary


* The Project Manager of the Morpheus Program is responsible & accountable for transforming the EDC Courcelles OR Zug facility, setting it up to accommodate 2025-2035 franchises Inventory/volume and migration to the MedTech Archetypes.

Driving operation and cost efficiency thanks to appropriate equipment, processes and systems.


* Part of that role is managing the project team (Operations, Deliver Engineering, Engineering & Property Service, Quality, Finance and IT), making sure that we stay within the project budget, delivering the project according to schedule, as well as doing the stakeholder management.

Stakeholder management is crucial due to the complexity and high financial commitment of the project.


* Part of the PM role is to prepare reviews and to present to senior leaders.

In addition to managing the internal stakeholders, the Program Leader must manage all relevant external stakeholders (e.g.

local authorities, architects, consultants).

Another activity is to work closely with the leaders of interdependent projects such as LEGO and Transcend.

The Program Leader needs to manage the site’s physical, technological and system transformation while maintaining at target the service and compliant distribution of MedTech products.


* Furthermore, the Program Leader will be part of the EDC Leadership Team working on interdependent projects, anticipating negative externalities to the site and the business.
