Purpose:

Johnson & Johnson Innovative is seeking an accomplished Senior Analyst to join our Customer Insights and Experiences team.

In this critical role, you will not only leverage your expertise in advanced analytics but also act as the business owner of visualization products for our omnichannel strategies.

Your goal will be to enhance our understanding of customer behavior through innovative data solutions that drive effective business decisions within the pharmaceutical landscape.

Key Responsibilities:


* Business Ownership of Visualization Products: Act as the primary owner of key visualization tools and dashboards that provide insights into customer interactions across all channels.

Ensure these products meet business needs and support strategic objectives.


* Advanced Analytics Development: Design and implement sophisticated analytical models and techniques, such as predictive modeling, segmentation analysis, and customer journey mapping, to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.


* Project Management: Lead projects related to the development and enhancement of visualization products, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery and integration.


* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, product, marketing, and sales teams to develop and refine visualization tools that enable the effective dissemination of insights across the organization.


* Data Experimentation: Facilitate experimentation efforts, including A/B testing and multivariate testing, to evaluate the effectiveness of customer engagement strategies and optimize field force operations.
