We are searching for the best talent for Business Excellence Manager to be in Grecia, Costa Rica.

Purpose:

The Business Excellence Manager must coordinate direct and indirect resources to identify, analyze, design, implement, track and sustain operational and strategic projects that will deliver a Business Enabler or Financial Impact on the plant.

The Business Excellence Manager is responsible for influencing multi-functional teams to deliver tangible business results through the application of methodologies such as JJPS (Johnson and Johnson Production System), Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing.

You will be responsible for:


* Providing leadership through the manufacturing site to advance the Business Excellence strategy across the Business Units and Support Groups while meeting all business commitments.


* Support training requirements and certifications, as well as track and deploy progress and achievements.


* Delivering process performance improvements around Quality, Product Supply, and Cost.


* Collaborating and partnering with Business Unit and Support Departments, customers, across multiple functions.


* Manage and Provide guidance and to the Business Excellence Engineers and Technicians in their principal responsibilities.


* Fostering a Continuous Improvement in Culture.


* Creating sustained business improvement results through the application of JJPS, Six Sigma and Lean Principles.


* Monitoring and contributing to the Manufacturing Cost Improvement Program.


* Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management Level.

Qualifications / Requirements:


* A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in an Engineering field is required.


* A Six Sigma Green Belt is required, a Certified Black Belt is preferred.
