Your Role & Responsibilities:

? Provide compassionate and quality nursing care to residents
? Work collaboratively with RNs, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals
? Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
? Assist in developing and implementing care plans
? Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
? Foster a welcoming and safe environment for residents and their families
