Regional Field Supervisor (Remote in New York)

Description & Requirements

Maximus is currently hiring a Regional Field Supervisor to support the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).

Maximus conducts conflict-free assessments for individuals who have intellectual and development disabilities on behalf OPWDD.

For individuals ages 17 and younger, assessors utilize the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) comprehensive assessment tool that helps to identify a child's strengths and needs, providing essential information for care planning and connecting individuals to appropriate services.

As a Regional Field Supervisor, you will support staff, track work performance and bonus metrics, assign cases, and conduct quality assurance reviews.

you will take an active role in the training and development of Assessors while providing effective oversight and coordination to support organizational goals.

You will monitor the activities, schedules, and assessment results of an assigned group of Assessors, ensuring consistent performance and quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has experience with CANS/CAS projects, including expertise in assessment tools, data analysis, and implementation within behavioral health or social services settings.

This is a remote position for candidates who reside in New York State.
