Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) looking for a place where you can make a real impact? We're hiring dedicated nurses who are passionate about providing high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.

What You'll Do:

As an LPN/LVN on our team, you'll help lead and support your shift to ensure quality care and a safe, comfortable environment for our residents.

Your responsibilities will include:


* Supervising CNAs and providing direct nursing care.


* Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.


* Monitoring and documenting resident conditions and changes.


* Assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers.


* Ensuring accurate charting and compliance with facility policies.


* Supporting care plan development and updates.


* Creating a welcoming, calm, and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff.


* Participating in staff training, performance evaluations, and infection control procedures.

Who We're Looking For:


* A compassionate, licensed LPN or LVN with an active, unencumbered license in Missouri


* Current CPR certification.

Knowledge and experience with PCC preferred.


* Must maintain all required continuing education/licensing.


* Must always remain in good standing with the Missouri State Board of Nursing.


* Strong communication and leadership skills.


* Attention to detail and a commitment to compliance, safety, and quality standards.


* Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
