Business Operations Analyst

Location: Pentagon, Washington, DC – T4

Clearance: Active DOD Secret Clearance Required
Salary Range: $70-80k dependent upon experience

Seeking an experienced junior level Business Operations Specialist who can lead in the development and management of Power BI dashboards and provide technical services supporting the G-6 in the areas of planning, programming, and analytical services.  The Contractor shall provide quantitative and qualitative analytical services to the G-6 in support of its mission and assist in the development of the Army G-6 C4IT/CA plans.

The Contractor must provide expertise in the areas of Budget and Procedures.

Citizenship is required.

An already active Secret Clearance is required.

Required Qualifications:  


* Ability to create presentation dashboards in Power BI software to support PPBE related data for further analytical discussion and decisions from leadership.


* Experience in PPBE events to include assistance in identifying Information technology requirements in planning documents.


* Expert in creating Microsoft EXCEL pivot tables, functions in proper format for integration and utilization with Power BI software.


* Ability to support the development of key Information Technology resource presentations for G-6 and HQDA senior leaders to include Executive Summaries.


* Provide data visualization expertise, which includes a practical working knowledge of Power BI and Tableau. 

Desired Qualifications: 


* 2-3 years’ experience in supporting multiple complex tasks and high impact assignments and acquired knowledge, skills, and abilities to determine innovative solutions to complex requirements.


* Microsoft Power BI Certification.


* Ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support the integration of Army IT and Cyber requirements within related Management Decision Packages (MDEPs) in support of the PPBE process.


* Possess strong time-management and prioritization skills.


* Possess strong written and oral communication skills in the English language.

Ability to perform all aspects of assigned roles, conduct problem solving, conduct coordination, and provide updates with minimal coaching or training from the government.
