As a Manager, Customer Care at RXO, you will be responsible for leading, inspiring, coaching and developing a high performing customer care team.

What your day-to-day will look like:
* Manage the end-to-end error resolution process for work stream and ensure that there is adequate staffing to meet the current and projected workload.
* Communicate effectively and concisely with merchants, colleagues, and customers to resolve escalation and dispute cases.
* Setting of reasonable and achievable team goals and KPIs, establishing consistent operational process additions or changes.
* Provide management reporting highlighting team performance and identification of process gaps.
What you’ll need to excel:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
* 5 years relevant work experience
* Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint), and other business-related applications.
It’d be great if you also have:
* 6+ years’ experience in the transportation and logistics industry
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to exercise appropriate judgment, especially with upward communication regarding department or employee concerns
