Inside Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
1.

Quotations and Order Processing:



* Prepare and enter quotations, sales orders, and purchase orders for products and services.


* Work closely with the Outside Sales team, valve, gasket, and pump shops to ensure accurate and timely order processing.

Customer Communication:


* Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.


* Build effective relationships and trust with customers through active listening and understanding of their needs.

Order Follow-up and Coordination:


* Follow up and expedite customer orders as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction.


* Collaborate with vendors on purchase orders, maintaining effective communication channels.

Record Keeping:


* Maintain both digital and physical files accurately to ensure easy retrieval of information.


* Provide backup support for other Inside Sales representatives during their absence.

Training and Additional Duties:


* Complete required training to gain knowledge of the company's product lines.


* Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Punctuality and Attendance:


* Be punctual with a strong attendance record.

Qualifications:


* Minimum of 3 years of industry experience is preferred.


* High School Diploma or equivalent.


* Self-motivated and a self-starter with excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.


* Strong basic math skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.


* Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.


* General office functions knowledge and a typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
