Quotation Specialist

• Quotes for Transactional Projects
o Create technically and commercially correct pricing quotes from a variety of request sources.

o Meet SLA on delivery of quotes to customers.
o Maintain attention to detail and accuracy of technical solution.
o Effectively prioritize workload.
• Drive Transactional Pricing & Quotation Process Discipline o Instill transactional pricing & quotation process discipline, adherence to standards, and excellence in execution
• Customer Experience o Handle customer requests efficiently and accurately to retain a positive customer experience.
Internal
• Change o Demonstrate an open attitude towards process improvements and changes.
o Provide improvement recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
• Communication and Collaboration
o Engage various stakeholders across the business and teams across Australia and the Philippines and collaborate effectively for better outcomes.
• Other tasks which the managers may assign from time to time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferably Engineering background.
• Flexible work schedule, able to report to the office at least 2x a week or more if required by the
• business.
• Adaptable and flexible with process changes.
• Capable of working in a cross-cultural environment
• Good soft skills
• Software and Apps Literacy
