Regional Sales Manager

We are looking for Regional Sales Manager in Kyiv.

Your IMPACT:


* Generate revenue growth by selling equipment, participating in and preparing projects, and contracting.


* Establish networking with the management board of the largest enterprises and collect information on current projects.


* Identify specialized enterprises according to the SE portfolio and establish contacts with these enterprises.

Negotiate with key representatives of customers in the regions on the sale of equipment.


* Interact with commercial departments, marketing, logistics, finance, training center, and customer support center within SE.


* Collect information about investment projects in the region, search for and organize contacts with responsible persons for these projects.


* Search for new partners for SE.


* Gather information about competitors' activities.


* Provide organizational support and participate in various events (exhibitions, presentations, conferences, meetings, negotiations, etc.).


* Gather information about the market situation and determine the strategy for selling equipment.


* Track the implementation of projects and prepare necessary documentation for the sale of equipment.


* Monitor customers' contractual obligations.

Your Profile:


* Higher education in a technical field.


* At least 3 years of experience in a commercial position.


* Fluent in Ukrainian; English proficiency at a pre-intermediate level (desirable).


* Strong negotiation skills.


* Effective communication abilities.


* Customer-focused approach (both internal and external).


* Team player mentality.


* Willingness to travel for business (approximately 50-80% of working time).


* Valid driver's license (Category B).
