Internal Account Manager - Field Services
Mission:
To grow our Services offer by expanding our width of wallet within customers and developing unmanaged customers.
Working closely with our service sales teams to ensure a close collaborative plan and strategy on traditional and digital services.
Responsibilities:
* High level of customer activity and customer-facing time through digital interactions.
* Mature services offer knowledge with a key focus on our digital story and implementation of the company's digital services strategy across multiple segments and technologies.
* Driving all of the services offers, with a view of maximizing both traditional and digital in the customer base.
Primary focus on driving our secure power service business in the first 12 months of role.
* Develop, manage, and implement a commercial strategy for increasing our full services offer across a group of customers in a portfolio style approach.
* Achieve & exceed orders and/or sales targets put in place.
* Actively promote and grow the install base services within the target customer base along with a critical focus on improving install base information.
* Working within our Digital sales team from our Hatfield Office.
* The ability to farm existing customers with a view on increasing their SE Services wallet, while also having a clear priority to grow and develop new and high-potential service customers.
* Introduce subject matter experts to support the customer base where applicable.
* Actively demonstrate some of our digital tools and act as an ambassador for SE software's and the customer tools responsible for articulating our value proposition in services.
* Management of an up-to-date pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring opportunities are clearly forecasted against the local business rules.
* Ensuring contractual business growth, looking for opportunities to grow existing contracts through multi-technology or number of critical assets in management and developing a new contract revenue stream.
All with the view of increasing the services contractual (run-rate) business.
* Focus on developing unmanaged customers and seeking new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
Skills & Experience:
* Sales Experience or Service Experience >4yrs.
* Desirable - Software sales/digital tools selling experience.
