Customer Service Representative- United States

Essential Job Functions - Responsibilities


* Communicate with customers via phone, fax, and email


* Process customer orders for parts and service


* Create and distribute quotations of parts and service


* Invoice parts and service orders


* Track customer calls, complaints, orders, & shipments


* Follow up on past due customer orders and manage delivery expectations


* Support Field Service Engineers with service visits, spare parts inventory, and quoting


* Spare parts inventory management


* Update and maintain CRM and ERP database

Education - Experience - Qualifications


* High School diploma or equivalent required


* Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred


* Minimum 1-3 years customer service experience


* Must possess a strong customer orientation


* Must be extremely detail oriented


* Must possess strong time management skills


* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills


* Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency


* English language required


* Bilingual or proficient in Spanish a plus
