About the Role

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes within your assigned section.

You’ll bring a strong understanding of culinary techniques and ingredients, and you’ll take pride in leading by example—guiding and mentoring junior chefs to uphold the highest standards in every dish served.

Key Responsibilities


* Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with hotel standards


* Oversee operations in your designated kitchen section


* Supervise and support junior chefs, ensuring consistent performance and development


* Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety compliance in the kitchen


* Work collaboratively with the kitchen brigade to deliver an exceptional dining experience

What We're Looking For


* Proven experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role within a hotel or high-volume kitchen


* In-depth knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen operations, and food presentation


* Strong leadership and communication skills


* Ability to remain calm under pressure and deliver consistent results


* Passion for food, innovation, and hospitality
