Responsible for the management of the tools data, the maintenance and the capacity of all external and nternal tools and all equipment owned by the Schneider-Electric plant (molds, stamping tools, assembly tools, manufacturing and test benches, gauges, jigs & fixtures ...)

Tool maintenance management


* Manages tool refurbishment & repair operations


* Industrializes new tools (replacement, QVE or capacity) including BCI


* Supports tool transfers


* Carries out tool audits


* Manage tools inventory & tools data collection


* Manage tools capacity


* Manage tools maintenance budget & roadmap

Material productivity


* Sustains data collection to enable COS & QVE analysis


* Proposes & industrializes QVE ideas

User of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)


* Knows & uses CMMS (Corim or Avantis VTM)


* Manages tools database in CMMS
