Shift: Monday through Friday; 8:00AM-4:00PM

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 


* Manage functions related to the weigh out /blending production schedules.
+ Maintain Weigh out and Blend schedules.
o Ensure weigh out and blending plans align with packaging schedule.
o Direct and sequence weigh out schedule for optimized production.
o Direct and sequence blender schedule for optimized production.
+ Create and maintain Blend Work Orders and all associated documents including MMRs.


* Manage functions related to the weigh out/blending raw material availability.
+ Review raw material requirements and create Raw Material Picks from Port Edwards to meet Weigh out schedule.
+ Direct, sequence and prioritize picking to and from Port Edwards Warehouse. 
+ Communicate with Quality, Procurement, and production as needed to ensure all materials and schedules can be met.  

 Position Requirements: 


* 1-3 years previous experience in manufacturing environment


* Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly MRP/System 21


* Excellent communication and organizational skills


* Knowledge of computer software applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Office applications


* Ability to work unsupervised


* Self-driven to perform tasks with basic instruction or directions
