Purpose:

The Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine La Jolla Campus Management team is looking for a Campus Manager to shape the campus business strategy supporting operational efficiency, organizational excellence and strategic project planning.

As the Campus Manager you will be at the forefront of shaping the work environment for our employees, directly influencing the culture and operational success of the La Jolla site.

You will work alongside dynamic professionals, contribute to critical initiatives, and ensure that the company’s workplace environment continues to evolve in alignment with our business goals.
