Maintenance Supervisor - Trellis

Trellis Chino is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance/Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and housekeeping staff, ensuring that all facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Pay: From $68,640 per year

Key Responsibilities:


* Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance and housekeeping staff.


* Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.


* Schedule and assign tasks to staff, ensuring timely completion of duties.


* Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and maintenance equipment.


* Address and resolve any maintenance or housekeeping issues promptly.


* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.


* Provide training and support to staff as needed.

Qualifications:


* Previous experience in a supervisory role within maintenance or housekeeping.


* Strong organizational and leadership skills.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
