Operations Finance Leader

Georgia-Pacific LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Finance Leader to join our Camas, WA Consumer Products Manufacturing facility.

This role focuses on driving value through manufacturing analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic business partnering.

The successful candidate will collaborate with operations teams to identify improvements and close performance gaps, serving as a critical strategic partner on the site's leadership team.

In addition to supporting the Camas site this role will also support the larger NW region through the development of consistent reporting, analytics, and improving process cadence.

Location: This is an onsite role supporting our Consumer Products mill in Camas, WA.

Team: The Operations Finance team is made up of individuals across all of our CPG operations locations and our corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA.

The Operations Finance Lead will report to the Senior Director of Operations Finance.

The Camas Manufacturing Facility has been in operation for 140 years and at one time was one of the larger employers in Clark County.

Owned by Georgia-Pacific, the site boasts more than 140 employees and produces Away from Home Towel including enMotion.

What You Will Do


* Financial Analysis & Support: Deliver financial and economic insights through cost and variance analysis, operational gap assessment, and capital planning.


* Business Partnering: Cultivate strong relationships with the operations team to anticipate and fulfill business needs.


* Strategic Involvement: Aid in monthly forecasting, annual planning, and long-term strategic planning.


* Performance Tracking: Conduct operations bet tracking and performance analysis to drive improvements.


* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to share knowledge, identify improvement opportunities, challenge the status quo, and propose solutions.


* Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Mentor other finance leaders and contribute to process optimization within the business finance community.

Who You Are (Basic Requirements)


* Experience in financial analysis, accounting, cost accounting, operations finance, or related roles.


* Strong communicator with the ability to present complex financial concepts to various audiences.


* Collaborative mindset with experience leading projects and mentoring team members.


* Systems and Tools savvy: You have experience sourcing large volumes of data from multiple systems, performing analysis and developing a point of view.

What Will Put You Ahead


* Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
