We are searching for the best talent for Marketing Assistant to be in Shefayim.


* Provide general administrative support to Commercial teams, including back office support regarding national and International event coordinating logistics.


* Maintain organized filing systems and databases.


* Organize and assist in event planning and coordination, including workshops, conferences, and internal meetings-
Support cross functional teams and business needs
communicate directly with 3rd party vendors, negotiating terms and conditions
Support post event records management according to J&J policies


* Manage and monitor tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, compliance records, contracts and budget monitoring when required.


* Provide support for marketing projects and initiatives as assigned, contributing to improved efficiencies and processes.

Qualifications:


* Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is a plus.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.


* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.


* Marketing / Commercial Orientation


* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
