Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for an Associate Director position in the Global Epidemiology Organization.
This position will be based in Horsham, PA.
The Associate Director, Immunology TA Epidemiology role is accountable to leadership within the Global Epidemiology Organization, Innovative Medicine.
The epidemiologist will be expected to work independently and function under the supervision of more senior members of the department, including the Immunology TA Epidemiology Lead.
Primary responsibilities are:
* Assist with identifying real world evidence (RWE) research study needs, drafting proposals and protocols, and contributing to epidemiology strategy and study conduct across the development programs of multiple assets for atopic dermatitis.
* Conduct literature reviews and synthesis; contribute to safety signal assessments as a core member of the cross-functional safety management team; and identify and evaluate real world data resources to meet therapeutic area needs.
* May conduct fit for purpose database and study feasibility assessments and execute analyses to support teams across the product cycle.
* Partner with other (RWE groups within J&J and important stakeholder functions, to develop and generate RWE that informs key strategic internal decisions and regulatory submissions, e.g.
unmet medical need, safety strategy, benefit-risk assessments, post-marketing commitments/requirements.
