TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST

* Collaborate with various HR members to define hiring needs for corporate, technical, and skilled trade roles across all company locations.
* Lead the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and pre-onboarding coordination.
* Post and maintain job listings on the Company’s career page, industry websites and appropriate job boards.
* Maintain and utilize the applicant tracking system (ATS) for effective candidate management and reporting.
* Prepare hiring and recruiting activity reports for leadership and support workforce planning discussions.
* Conduct market and salary research to support competitive compensation offers and informed hiring decisions.
* Partner with and manage relationships with employment agencies, staffing firms and external recruiters to support hiring needs, especially for high-volume or hard-to-fill roles.
* Negotiate contracts and terms with employment agencies, ensuring alignment with company policies and goals.
* Stay current on regulatory requirements to ensure all hiring practices, equal employment opportunity (EEO) and labor standards comply with federal and state employment laws and company policies.
* Represent the company at job fairs, career events and other outreach efforts as needed.
Expected Areas of Competence (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities KSAs)
* Knowledge of full life cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing and candidate evaluation
* Proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems to manage candidate flow and record keeping.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Analytical skills to identify top talent and assess candidate qualifications.
* Ability to network and build rapport with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
* Knowledge of employment regulations and compliance best practices
* Excellent negotiation and critical thinking skills to navigate hiring challenges.
* The ability to manage multiple open requisitions with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* The ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information professionally.

Education and Experience Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; an associate’s degree with relevant experience will be considered.
* 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources, ideally in a corporate or multi-site environment.
