The Opportunity


* Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners.


* Previous ED experience preferred.


* New grads welcome to apply.


* Current national certification, DEA, ACLS, BLS, and PALS are required.


* Current IL state license is a plus.


* Part-time options (87 hours minimum) also available.

The Practice

Mercy Medical Center - Aurora, Illinois


* Level II Trauma Center, STEMI Receiving Center, and Comprehensive Stroke Center.


* 183-bed facility with a 26-bed Emergency Department.


* Very diverse patient population with an annual volume of 34,000.


* 24/7 in-house hospitalists.


* On-site crisis stabilization unit, patient care navigators, and substance abuse navigators.
