As an RN at Buckeye Care and Rehabilitation, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.

Your responsibilities will include: Resident Care & Assessment: Monitor residents' health, conduct assessments, and develop individualized care plans.

Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed, while ensuring accurate documentation.

Wound Care & Treatments: Provide wound care, IV therapy, and other skilled nursing treatments as needed.

Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Supervision & Leadership: Guide and support LPNs, STNAs, and other staff to maintain high-quality care standards.

Family & Resident Support: Educate residents and their families on health conditions, treatments, and care plans.

Emergency Response: Act quickly and efficiently in medical emergencies, following proper protocols.

Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Infection Control & Safety: Follow and enforce infection prevention measures to maintain a safe environment.

Resident Advocacy: Promote dignity, independence, and quality of life for all residents.
