What You'll Do:


* Assist Occupational Therapists: Develop and implement treatment plans


* Provide Hands-On Therapy: Help residents improve mobility, strength, and daily living skills


* Document Progress: Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the care team


* Educate Residents and Families: Teach adaptive techniques and proper equipment use


* Ensure Compliance: Adhere to state and federal regulations for skilled nursing therapy services

What We're Looking For:


* Certification: Licensed COTA in California


* Experience: Prior work in skilled nursing or sub-acute care is a plus


* Team Player: Proactive, patient-focused, and collaborative


* Strong Communicator: Excellent documentation and interpersonal skills
