Your Responsibilities:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping residents achieve their highest potential.

Your responsibilities will include:


* Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to help residents achieve their goals, regain independence, and improve their daily living skills.


* Assessing progress and adjusting therapy as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.


* Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care that addresses all aspects of a resident's well-being.
