What you will do

The Analista de Importação is responsible for providing supplier analysis, spend analysis, financial perspective, and market analysis to improve the supply chain and leverage the supplier base:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement import strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs for the company

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth in import operations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless import processes and timely delivery of goods

• Stay updated on import regulations and compliance requirements to mitigate risks and ensure smooth operations

• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on import-related decisions and initiatives

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze supplier performance and identify cost-saving opportunities

• Research and implement new technologies and tools to enhance development efficiency

• Evaluate key components for cost reduction and sourcing strategies

• Provide benchmark information for assigned categories to improve supply chain

• Assist in transitioning sources of supply by addressing technical, customer, and regulatory requirements

• Communicate and present solutions to logistics and operations professionals

• Construct spend management databases and information warehousing for key commodity spend categories

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field

• 2-4 years of experience in import/export operations, preferably in a similar analyst role

• University/Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in a relevant field

• Proven working experience in analyzing supplier performance and identifying cost-saving opportunities
