Position Summary

Key Responsibilities


* Sales Support:
+ Collaborate with the sales team to support daily operations and effectively manage customer relationships.
+ Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to enhance client engagement.


* Customer Engagement:
+ Support the management of customer relationships and address inquiries to maintain a high standard of satisfaction.
+ Join in on customer visits and interactions to gain valuable experience in sales strategies and building strong connections.


* Administrative Duties:
+ Keep precise records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up tasks to ensure everything runs smoothly.
+ Assist the sales team with order processing and necessary documentation to help facilitate seamless transactions.


* Training and Development:
+ Participate in training sessions to dive deep into Kenvue products, our sales processes, and the core values that drive our company.
+ Master effective sales techniques that will elevate your customer engagement skills and set you up for success.


* Reporting:
+ Help track sales performance and prepare insightful reports for management review to drive strategic decisions.


* Share your ideas on potential enhancements to our sales support processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

What we are looking for:

+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
+ Proficiency in English is a must


* Skills and Attributes:
