Description

Lead CE BI team to design, develop, assess, and execute corporate level business transformation and innovation initiatives; lead and reinforce standardized and scientific based performance measurement and insight generation; continuously improve and upgrade customer audit framework and implementation to influence business decisions and actions in the market, and to support a healthy and sustainable business growth.


* Company performance measurement & China storytelling (incl.

Dashboard/Scorecard/Std Report publish with mgt highlights)


* OKR design & translate to BMCs/Functions KPIs, as well as tracking


* One China S&OE (design, host review & process facilitator & drive discussion etc.

as Company level monthly business review)


* Country Contact for AP/Global Project/Initiative (e.g.

CD, CBI, Advanced Analytics)


* Customer Audit - including Audit framework design & upgrade, Risk identification, internal communication & field work monitoring and document support, etc.

Business Impact


* Transform scattered and complex multiple data sources into consistent formatted information to support the R&O, and decision-making process


* Through data driven integrated & visualized view of multiple data sources to support agile decision making, improving work efficiency & avoid duplicate work with company, enable enterprises to identify internal/external risks, respond quickly to the market dynamics & seize opportunities.


* Optimize business processes - distributors/sales flow data analysis & audit to optimizing processes and reducing investment losses.


* Potential Scale-up to improve market competitiveness (integrated internal & external market data to help business understand market trends & competitors' GTM strategies, Advantages/weakness, etc.

Who You Are


* 10 年以上医药市场或消费品市场的业务分析团队管理经验或者相关业务规划与管理经验;


* 战略思考能力:对医药/消费品行业的发展有深入的思考与洞察,具有极强的战略对话与沟通能力;
