Key Responsibilities:
1.

S&MF (Sales & Marketing Forum) Process Leadership
+ Design and manage end-to-end S&MF meeting frameworks, including timelines, deliverables and follow-up mechanisms
+ Leading S&MF meetings across multiple departments, including sales and marketing, to align on monthly and quarterly resource allocation priorities.
+ Short-term business execution monitoring, focusing on the implementation of operation plans for the next 0-4 months, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and frontline execution.
2.

OKR Tracking & Advanced Analytics
+ Formulating overall company OKRs by breaking down the company strategy into department/team-level OKRs
+ Tracking monthly progress and risk governance, regularly reviewing the achievement rates of key results, and initiating warnings and targeted initiatives for lagging objectives.
3.

Distribution Reporting and Related Supporting
+ Own distribution reporting (e.g., Selfcare Distribution Report), integrating market data and internal execution metrics.
+ Distribution-related analysis of various cycles such as BP/NU.
4.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Leadership
+ Act as a bridge between Commercial Excellence, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align data definitions and priorities.
+ Champion operational excellence by standardizing processes (e.g., data validation rules).

+ By optimizing the S&MF process, we accelerate resource allocation decisions, directly supporting NTS growth objectives.
