What You Will Do

We are looking for a Commercial Quality Specialist to join our team in Budapest.

In this role, you will ensure that local business decisions and processes are aligned with quality and compliance standards.

You will support the implementation of the Cluster Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:


* Quality & Compliance: Implement and monitor adherence to the Kenvue QMS and local regulatory requirements.

Ensure compliance across all activities in the Hungarian market.


* Product Approvals: Approve FP-Specs, FAIs, and IC for products and co-packing activities within Hungary.


* Training: Lead training programs for internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with quality procedures.


* Supplier & Co-packer Oversight: Qualify and audit local co-packers, maintaining quality agreements and ensuring GMP/GDP compliance.


* Audits & Inspections: Conduct internal and external audits, supporting inspections by local health authorities.


* Complaint Management: Manage and resolve quality complaints, lead actions in case of product recalls or field actions.


* Risk Management: Oversee risk management processes related to GxP and compliance.

Qualifications

Required:


* University degree in Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Quality Management, or a related field.


* At least 2 years of experience in Quality Management, Quality Control, or related functions working alongside quality roles in the medicinal, cosmetics, food supplements, or medical devices industry.


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Acrobat).


* Strong communication skills in English (advanced level).


* Key Qualities: Strong analytical skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, positive mindset, immune to stress, and good attention to detail.
