What You Will Do

Kenvue is recruiting a strategic and results-driven Invoice to Cash Senior Team Lead to oversee its Invoice to Cash process.

This role is crucial in managing credit risk, collections, cash application, deductions, and accounts receivable reporting, ensuring operational excellence and strong financial controls.

As a senior team lead, you will drive process automation, optimize working capital, and engage with regional and global stakeholders to ensure best-in-class financial operations.

Responsibilities

Leadership and People Management:


* Lead and develop a high-performing I2C team.


* Act as a key escalation point for complex customer issues, risk assessments, and disputes.


* Drive financial control through structured performance tracking, reporting, and compliance.


* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align I2C strategy with business objectives

Drive Operational Excellence:


* Drive efficiency through process standardization, automation, and digital tools.


* Optimize working capital & cash flow forecasting by ensuring robust credit & collections strategies.


* Lead continuous process improvements & automation projects.


* Ensure 100% audit compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.

Credit Risk & Collections Oversight:


* Assess and mitigate credit risk, ensuring a balance between business growth and financial security.


* Monitor and adjust credit limits, reducing overdue accounts and driving DSO improvements.


* Manage escalations for high-risk accounts and collaborate with legal/collections agencies.
