What You Will Do

As Customer Supply Chain Manager - Pharmacy, this person will be part of Supply Chain Supply Leadership team and would be responsible for the development of the customer engagement with Pharmacy customers.

This includes delivery of customer service, high customer satisfaction and continuous supply chain improvement End to End.

This role would also be key to unlocking our critical goals ie Accounts receivable by streamlining the claims process, support offshore Customer Service team and oversee Master Data quality that impact our customer.

It is essential that this role develops strong relationships with customers' supply chain teams through regular meetings, defining a common agenda and collective goal setting.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Collaboration:

• Strategic engagement with Pharmacy customers ie Chemist warehouse, Sigma, API and Symbion in building collaboration programs across Joint forecasting for seasonal packs, Product availability communication, Promotion planning for critical categories and event management (DC change/ CPI/ Festive breaks)

• Achieve KPI's targets including but not limited to: DIFOT, OBSL, SIF, SOT, DSI, palletization, Advantage survey, supply compliance, MLOR compliance by engaging with internal and external stakeholders

• Meeting supply chain requirements around Lead Time, Ordering cycle, Claims resolution and others

• Monthly/ Quarterly Business reviews with customer and commercial stakeholders on service gaps and build recovery plans

Strategic development & E2E integration:

• Develop customer centric supply chain strategies via Value Stream mapping and integration in Joint Business Planning

• Identify repeated failure modes for Stock Claims (Stock mismatch) and linkage with Master Data and Transition planning with customer

• Partner with commercial team to deliver account or channel specific supply chain initiatives and align on quarterly investment buy in plan
