What you will do

Key Responsibilities


* Responsible for the development of skin health brand packaging, aligned to the regional and global segment strategies for superior consumer experience.


* Accountable for primary and secondary packaging component specification robustness, accuracy, and completeness.


* Delivers projects with quality; compliance with company requirement; compiles and analyses data, identifies causes, draws conclusions, generates reports.

Escalate business, technical trouble and critical decision-making requirement in time manner.


* Demonstrates ability to prioritize multiple rapidly changing priorities & ability to be on top of critical programs, ensuring flawless execution.


* Partners with the cross-functional team to lead new package development based on consumer insights, delivering the targeted consumer benefit and key claims, while meeting cost targets.


* Brings an external perspective by identifying, evaluating and championing technical advancements, design trends and innovations in packaging.


* Stay aware of supplier and competitor new developments and highlight to appropriate management as needed.


* Improve packaging specification by following Kenvue global directions.


* Develop packaging by following company sustainability commitment.


* Recommend better way of working to drive delivering quality and efficiency with collaborative and can-do spirit.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Required: 3 years' experience in Packaging, preferably in Cosmetic/Beauty Care industry.

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Engineering, Chemical Science, Polymer Science or a related science field is required, advanced degree is preferred.

• Preferred experience in CPG/FMCG

Desired Qualifications

• Knowledge and Expertise of wide variety of packaging technologies such as injection and blow molding, flexible film, glass bottle, tube, decoration, etc.

• Proficient in English to manage projects across countries.

• Strong focus on sustainability.
