We now have a great opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our business as a contractor for approximately 13 months .

Working within the Marketing Team you will be responsible for leading the Cough & Cold portfolio in Northern Europe : Sudafed, Benylin and other brands, reporting to the Self-care squad Director .

You will be coaching and developing a team of 4-5 .

Internally you will be a key member of the Co ugh & Co ld BD T (Brand Development Team) , in accordance with the global Operating Model .

You will wo rk closely with the UK, Ireland & Nordics Commercial team s to drive excellence in execution and deliver against the set business targets .

W hat you will do



* Driv e growth of the Cough & Decon gestant s portfolio of brands across the Northern Europe Cluster .



* Full accountability to deliver the in-year full P&L and share target s , as well as shap ing Northern Europe Yr3 plans and deploying the strategy driven by the Cough & Cold Global BDT (Brand De velopment Team) .



* You will l ead the Northern Europe Co ugh & Cold Squads , driving close collaboration across UK , Ireland & Nordic markets .



* You will be a key member of the BDT, w orking closely with the Global Needstate Leader and Regional Deployment Leader , you will be a key stakeholder advising on the needs of the UK as a Priority Market and sharing local insights.



* You will be responsible for working closely with the EMEA D eployment L eader to drive excellence in execution for Cough , Cold & Decon gestants in Northern Europe ( including integrated business planning, media and data driven marketing, perfect store, HCP engagement, revenue growth management and joint business planning with customers)



* Collaborate with local C ommercial team s to address challenges , drive opportunities and build differentiated plans to unlock category growth with key retail partners.
