What You Will Do
The Key Account Manager being in charge of the Northern & Central Greece, Epirus & Northern Aegean Islands region, will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining the relationship's of the company with its important key clients .
By visiting and building strong relationships with strategic customers and by comprehending their requirements the role promotes the company's solutions and contributes in sustaining and growing the business to achieve long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients and drive initiatives to deliver growth.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
• Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
• Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
• Lead end-to-end operations to ensure best-in-class efficiency, handle the modern trade network to ensure efficient operations, and provide service levels stakeholders management .
• Visit and conduct presentations to key customer executives and decision makers.
Prepares formal proposals and leads negotiations .
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
• Develop accurate sales forecasts and reports, analyze customer business opportunities and risks and establishe specific sales plans.
• Closely track and monitor key parameters and metrics, while prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Build Deep Understanding of the Channel and share relevant insights.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Master's degree will be considered as an asset.
