What You Will Do

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven professional to lead Data Quality and Governance initiatives within Supply Chain Operations.

This strategic role will ensure that data is treated as a critical enterprise asset, enabling informed decision-making, operational efficiency, and business growth.

The Manager will define and implement a robust data governance framework, drive data quality improvements, and align data strategies with the overarching supply chain and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Strategic Leadership:

a.

Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for data quality and governance, aligning with supply chain objectives and enterprise data strategies.

b.

Drive initiatives to position the organization as a leader in leveraging high-quality data to gain competitive advantage in supply chain operations.

c.

Ensure alignment between data management practices and the organization's digital transformation and automation goals.

2.

Data Quality Management:

a.

Develop and implement data quality standards, metrics, and continuous improvement processes.

b.

Proactively identify data quality gaps and partner with stakeholders to implement sustainable solutions.

c.

Monitor data quality performance and provide regular reporting to leadership to demonstrate the impact of initiatives.

3.

Data Governance Framework:

a.

Establish a scalable data governance framework to support operational, analytical, and compliance needs.

b.

Define data stewardship roles and responsibilities across supply chain functions to ensure accountability and ownership.

c.

Promote a data governance culture by embedding best practices into operational workflows and decision-making processes.

4.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:

a.

Partner with supply chain, IT, and business leaders to understand strategic data needs and challenges.
