What you will do

The Digital Program Leader is responsible for day-to-day operations and execution of program initiatives, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget while meeting key performance criteria.

The role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize project strategies, providing regular progress updates and identifying areas for improvement.

The role will also involve analyzing program data to inform decision-making and contribute to the development of solutions that enhance user experience to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities


* • Project Execution and Management: Oversee the daily operations of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and agreed standards


* • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with various teams to ensure seamless program implementation and alignment


* • Strategy Implementation: Contributing to the execution of program strategies, translating high-level plans into actionable tasks


* • Stakeholder Communication: Providing regular updates to stakeholders on program progress, challenges, and outcomes


* • Platform Management: Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of digital tools and platforms used in program delivery

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications


* • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, including IT, R&D/life sciences, or Process related


* • Relevant experience in a life science and/or consumer industry 4 years


* • Demonstrated project management experience in managing digital projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring


* • Demonstrated experience in effectively managing platforms and products with short and long term roadmaps


* • Proficient in English both written and orally.

* • Experience in or with lab settings in a consumer product environment
