Purpose: The Associate Director, Commercialization Excellence – Oncology, will be responsible for helping to advance commercial strategy and drive marketing excellence at GCSO, in collaboration with the Oncology Therapeutic Area.

The Associate Director will enhance global-regional launch planning and marketing excellence frameworks and capabilities across the J&J Innovative Medicine portfolio, across GCSO functions (Commercial, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Commercial Data Science, Communications) and with Regional teams.
