Role Descriptor

DHL Express is looking for a Executive for Corporate Communications to join and lead our team.

He/she will be responsible for Supporting Corporate Communication team activities for the country and the Corporate Communications team is responsible for ensuring the replication and delivery – as much as is practical – of APCC’s core 6-pillar approach to Corporate Communications and Sustainability.

These six pillars include Media Relations, PR, Events & Sponsorship, Internal Communications, First Choice Communications, Corporate Sustainability and Trade & Government Relations.

·       Other relevant dimension: Works collaboratively with the corporate communications team from other DHL BU s, Works closely with marketing teams to drive synergy with product related communication and PR plans.

 

Key Responsibilities

He/she will have to perform the following key activities:

·       Senior Management Team:

o   Support the Corporate Communication team to develop content and messages for Country Manager/ SMT speaking engagements and any public-facing meeting or speaking opportunities.

o   Assist in crafting key messages, talking points, Q & A’s and pre-interview briefings.

·       Internal Communication:


* Support internal communication efforts of the department to employees on developments in country / region and globally.
