About the Role:
Willow Creek Healthcare Center is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care.

Full-time shifts are available on all schedules.

Responsibilities:


* Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)


* Reposition and help transfer residents safely


* Document care and report condition changes


* Keep living areas clean and comfortable


* Support a respectful and warm environment

Requirements:


* Current California CNA license


* CPR certification (preferred)


* Experience in long-term care is a plus


* Team player with strong communication skills
