We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our family and help our patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Las Colinas Post Acute, you'll work closely with our Occupational Therapists to provide personalized care to our patients.

Your goal will be to assist in developing and implementing treatment plans that help our patients recover and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:


* Assist Occupational Therapists in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans.


* Implement treatment plans and monitor patient progress.


* Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve daily living skills.


* Maintain detailed records of patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.


* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

What We're Looking For:


* An Associate's degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.


* Valid state licensure.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


* A positive attitude and a sense of humor.
