Your Role as an LVN:

? Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents
? Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
? Monitor resident health conditions and report changes to the RN or physician
? Work closely with CNAs, RNs, and other healthcare staff to ensure the highest quality of care
? Educate residents and their families on care plans and health management
? Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
? Ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all residents
