Key Responsibilities:


* Provide direct patient care in accordance with professional nursing standards


* Assess, monitor, and document residents' conditions and care plans


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality resident care


* Educate residents and families on health management and care plans


* Maintain compliance with facility policies, state, and federal regulations

What We're Looking For:


* Active RN license in the state of California


* SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience preferred


* Strong clinical skills with a compassionate and resident-focused approach


* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality care


* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
