Your Role: Facilities Maintenance Mechanic

The successful candidate will join a team of highly trained, multi-skilled craftsman that perform tasks in a wide range of mechanical disciplines.

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide troubleshooting, repair and periodic maintenance of steam systems, water systems, compressed air systems, electrical systems, HVAC related equipment and associated facilities support equipment.

2nd Shift: Wednesday - Sunday, 3pm - 11:30pm

Your Responsibilities:


* The ability to perform detailed documentation of repair and preventive maintenance activities into a document detailing the problem, cause and remedy.


* Demonstrated understanding of systems, equipment, and processes including boilers, air handling units, water generating / purification systems, compressed air systems, and steam generation systems.


* Independently perform methods of measuring current, voltage, resistance, simple OHMS law calculations, and reading both electrical and mechanical schematics.


* Knowledge of basic AC/DC electricity and electronics, including 3-phase electrical systems.

What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications):


* High School Diploma/GED


* 5 years experience in Maintenance or related field or an Associate's degree in Maintenance or related field


* Understanding of AC and DC electricity and how to measure voltage presence and absence.

What Will Give You the Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications):


* Experience in the refrigeration field, universal refrigeration license.


* Electrical license.


* Experience in High Pressure boilers and steam related equipment.


* HVAC maintenance.
