We are searching for the best talent for Electro-Mechanical Assembler III to be in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.

Purpose:  Assemble components, subassemblies and finished electromechanical products using documented procedures and specifications.

You will be responsible for:


* Train lower-level assembly personnel.


* Assist lower-level assembly personnel in diagnosing and resolving technical problems.


* Assemble and diagnose first time builds and design units with manufacturing engineering guidance.


* Organized and maintain work orders as they are received from the stockroom.


* Keep track of the scheduling system and dispense work that are expedites while balancing own workload.


* Following up on calibration equipment, materials and performing audits as required.


* Sustain accountability of tooling kits, workstations and keeping track of inventory issues.


* Assemble and solder components, sub-assemblies, and finished products of moderate complexity as prescribed by drawings and/or procedures.


* Conduct tests of assembled electromechanical products as prescribed by drawings and/or procedures.


* Document results of assembly and/or test operations on data sheets and manufacturing records.


* Diagnose, correct, and verify product originally not meeting specifications.


* Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.


* Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one's job, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance.


* Diligently participate in our compliance program-related activities as denoted by your supervisor or our Chief Compliance Officer.


* Performs other related duties as required.

Qualifications / Requirements:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:


* High school diploma or GED and 4 to 6 years related experience in electromechanical assembly.
