Support Technician (Developmental Disabilities)

The IDD Support Tech works with individuals with a diagnosis of Intellectual Developmental Disability (IDD).

The CSW provides services based upon the individual's needs, abilities, and health conditions.Are you ready to make a Difference?DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:


* Scanning and uploading documents, filing


* Answering phones and making calls


* Assisting DDP's, case managers and nurses


* Attending home provider meetings


* Monitoring and running reports.


* On-Call rotation: If there is a call out at the group home, this staff will be the fill in for the shift that is needed.


* Transport individuals on outings, to doctor appointments and other activities in the community.


* Medication Administration and documenting appropriately.


* Attendance is required for all staff meetings.


* Work as a team player


* Complete Non-Serious Incident Reports.


* Report any medical issues of individuals to supervisor.


* Work holidays if scheduled.


* Other duties as assigned.
