In this role, you will:


* Schedule department resources to meet production needs.


* Be site expert in SchedulePro and be able to use this tool exclusively for managing and scheduling resources, train others and ensure data accuracy of qualifications in partnership with Training for Excellence team.


* Coordinate and participate in labor resourcing meetings and maintain labor forecasts.


* Assist Shift Supervisors or other Labor Approvers with time and attendance approvals, audits, and other tasks as needed.


* Have flexibility to work overtime, shifts and travel as needed.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:


* Are 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.


* Have a state and/or US Department of Education accredited high school diploma, GED Grade 12 certificate.


* 1+ years of continuous work experience.


* Proven computer skills with Microsoft Suite software.


* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.


* Demonstrated ability to work independently.


* Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines and possess flexibility and adaptability to change.
